Installing the Emlite ECA2 Generation Meter

The older analogue generation meter was then removed and replaced with an Emlite ECA2 100A single-phase kWh generation meter.
The Emlite ECA2 provides a digital total of the energy passing through the solar generation circuit. Unlike the property’s main electricity meter, its role is to record the output produced by the solar PV system rather than general household electricity consumption.
The replacement was completed within the existing cupboard, keeping the installation compact and accessible for future readings, inspection and maintenance. No solar panels, inverter or battery equipment were listed as replaced during this visit.
