Gave me a ridiculous quote of £1741.55 for the supply and installation of a Hypervolt Home 3 pro charger when Hypervolt themselves quote £1240 for the same. To be clear in response to the reply I did query the quote and was given the answer by Katie that it is due to your quality and customer care....... £500 is a lot of customer care!

The second time I have used this excellent company. On this occasion it was a relatively straightforward job: changing a large number of switches and sockets plus the installation of a new double socket. The job was very reasonably priced and the work was carried out on time and to a high standard. This is a really nice company to interact with. They let you know when the electrician will arrive and their staff are efficient and polite.
Second time I've used these guys, can't recommend enough. Reasonably priced and great work done. This time was to run power to a posh shed, including multiple power sockets and lights inside and out. Great workmanship, happy to adapt as needed and all cleaned away after.

I chose Electric11 to supply and install our home battery based on their Google reviews, and they certainly lived up to them. Tim knew his stuff on the survey visit and then Chris and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation. The new Fox battery is working well and easy to control with the app. The guys at Electric11 also have access to our battery via the app so they can check everything is working correctly. That shows a level of care for their customers which is probably a good part of why they have so many five star reviews. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone including friends and family.

The company has been great, they installed a solar heating controller the engineer was very knowledgeable, friendly and left no mess. Contacting the company was easy and the receptionist done what she said she would do no (ghosting on call backs) I've now booked them back for more work on the house.

Purchased a three pendant dining room light fitting, after reading the instructions re fitting realised that it was beyond the average DIYer. Telephoned Electric11 and spoke to Dahlia who was extremely helpful regarding cost involved and went ahead with booking. Tim arrived on time, showing respect for our property even to wearing overshoes before entering. He carried out the installation in the timeframe indicated and even cleared up the dust from drilling the ceiling and even helped me to move table back to its location.
